Beyond the web design, this project’s biggest asset is the large body of keyword researched content (nearly 200 pages) targeting a variety of local communities in and around Pittsburgh, PA. Indeed, we nearly wrote the book on the local marketplace.

Interactive Map

An interactive map connecting 3rd-party integrated local search data (Altos Research), as well as SEO-friendly content embedded next to real time charts and graphs aid the utility of perhaps otherwise dry content, also alleviating this particular agent’s inability to host local MLS search functionality.

Social Media

Additionally, social media profiles creation/integration all aid the user experience.
